Alberta Pickled Asparagus

Produced one time a year due to the fact that we only use Alberta Asparagus that is harvested 20 minutes from our shop. We have been using Tamminga Farms Fresh Asparagus for years. Their family led operation produces some of the best asparagus you will ever taste! Picked and canned within 3 days this asparagus has an amazing crunch to it. We only do one large batch a year so when it's gone... you will have to wait for the next production season to get your hands on a jar.
